| In keeping with our tradition of publishing our "Sharodiya-Patrika", on this occasion we are inviting you to send in your literary contributions. In addition to short stories, essays, travelogues in Bengali and English we also encourage you to send in your art work. Below are the guidelines for submitting articles for consideration for publication in the Sharodiya Patrika: |

1. We encourage you to submit your articles in digital format. If you do not have access to a word processor we request that your submission be in legible handwriting.

2. Essays / Articles: Must be limited to 1200 words or two typed pages, single-spaced.
|
|
|
3. Short stories: Must be limited to 1500 words or two and a half typed pages, single space.
|
|
|
|
4. Poetry: Must be limited to 600 words or one typed page, single space.
|
|
|
5. Artwork: Black and white sketches only, limited to 8 X 11 sheet or smaller. Scanned copies are encouraged.

6. Please include your name, address, and telephone number on your entry.
|
|
|
7. If you wish to send in your literary work via email, please write the text as the body of the message or attach it as a Word document.
