Registration
We encourage everyone to pre-register for the event. Please make cheques payable in US currency to TREENANEEL

Rates are as follows :
- Pre-Registration
Deadline : June 15, 1999
$ 25 individual, $ 75 family (upto 4 people).
- Registration at the Gate
After June 15th, the registration rates will increase to
$ 35 individual, $ 90 family (upto 4 people).
Children under 12 years are free. |

Sponsorship
We need sponsors to make this event successful. Sponsor rates and benefits are explained below :
- Grand Patrons
Donation amount - $ 500 and above
Grand patrons will receive 4 complimentary registrations and will receive upto 50% of the donation back depending upon on profit.
- Patrons
Donation amount - $ 250
Patrons will receive 4 complimentary registrations.
- Donors
Donation amount - $ 125
Donors will receive 2 complimentary registrations.

Stalls
Limited stall spaces will be provided on the premises of Actors’ Theatre. The rates are as follows :
- 6’ X 6’ - $ 75
- 6’ X 12’ - $ 125

Brochure
A small brochure will be published during the event. We request you to send us your articles and advertisements at
the earliest. The deadline for the article is 5/15/99 and the deadline for advertisement is 5/31/99. The decision
for publishing the article will be the sole responsibility of the editors and the original will not be returned.
The advertisement rates for the brochure are as follows:
- Full Page $ 100
- Half Page $ 60
- Quarter page $ 40 (limit 35 words, no graphics)
- Back Inside Cover $ 250
- Front Inside Cover $ 350
- Back Cover $ 500
